Important Notice:

TuneTwister is a Discord application for music playback, created by Raw Community for recreational and educational purposes. This project has no commercial purpose. For support, you can join our server: discord.rawcommunity.es

These terms of service, along with our privacy and cookie policy, form the agreement between TuneTwister ("TuneTwister", "we") and you as a user of the application on Discord.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU CONFIRM THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, (2) YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS, AND (3) YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD, IN ACCORDANCE WITH DISCORD'S TERMS OF SERVICE.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.

Payments and donations

TuneTwister is free for all users and servers. If you wish to support development and maintenance, you can make voluntary donations through our support server.

Data Collection

TuneTwister only stores the minimal data necessary for the function and management of its service. For complete details about the data processed, please see the Privacy Policy.

Services Provided

TuneTwister provides music playback services in Discord voice channels, including but not limited to:

  • Music playback from supported platforms
  • Playback controls (pause, resume, skip)
  • Playback queue management
  • Volume and quality settings

Reservations of Rights

We reserve the right to limit or deny access to the application or certain features if abuse, violation of these terms, or harmful behavior is detected. We reserve the right to change the service model in the future (e.g., introduce premium plans or limit free features) with prior notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application temporarily or permanently, with notice when possible, in the event of legal, technical, or security changes, or if we decide to discontinue the service. For serious violations, termination may occur immediately and without notice.

Limitation of Liability

TuneTwister is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the application will always be available or error-free.
